Francisco Ferreira e Silva, Lda., headquartered at Praia da Figueirinha, 2900-182 Setúbal, parish of Nossa Senhora da Anunciada, registered under the corporate registration and legal entity number 500519676, operates restaurant establishments under the name Figueirinha Beach Lounge, hereinafter referred to as such.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the processing of reservations executed and managed by Francisco Ferreira e Silva and Stripe, Inc. at the time of the reservation made by the customer for the restaurant Figueirinha Beach Lounge.

1. GENERAL RULES:

a. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor restaurant area.
b. Customers must inform the restaurant in advance of any food allergies and/or intolerances. The restaurant shall not be held responsible for any situations that were not previously communicated.

2. ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION:

a. When making a reservation for the restaurant/lounge Figueirinha Beach Lounge, and in order to guarantee the reservation, it is mandatory to provide credit card details;
b. No charge will be made during this process;
c. To request a reservation for more than 8 people, the customer must contact the restaurant directly.

3. RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

a. In the event of a no-show after 15 minutes, or if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, €10 per person (VAT included) will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking;
b. All reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the meal;
c. Reservations cannot be cancelled on the same day. If this occurs, €10 per person will be charged to the card provided;
d. There is a 15-minute grace period, and only after this period will the reservation be considered a no-show;
e. Subject to the provisions of the previous paragraph, the reservation date may be changed upon customer request, always depending on the restaurant’s availability.

4. PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT:

a. Figueirinha Beach Lounge and Stripe, Inc. undertake to process any personal data provided in full compliance with applicable law;
b. Figueirinha Beach Lounge will provide receipts or invoices for the services supplied to customers and shall be responsible for providing support regarding invoices, cancellations, and refunds related to the services provided;
c. Figueirinha Beach Lounge complies with all applicable legislation regarding taxes or fees applicable to the services provided;
d. Figueirinha Beach Lounge is responsible for informing customers that it has contracted a third-party entity, Stripe, Inc., to execute and manage the processing of payments for the services provided. Likewise, Figueirinha Beach Lounge undertakes, together with the aforementioned company, to maintain all refund, cancellation, and adjustment policy procedures.
